Improve diner engagement and retention by building a subscriptions program that accrued millions of active subscribers in just a year after it launched and has partnerships with the likes of Amazon, Lyft, T-Mobile and Instacart.
Enable loyalty and perks integrations with some of the biggest restaurant brands and chains on the Grubhub marketplace like Wendys, Sweetgreen and Gregorys Coffee.
Integrated decision making frameworks to price menus, deliveries and fees optimizing unit economics and business outcomes.
Develop frameworks and processes to communicate to stakeholders, plan resourcing and cultivate and grow individuals.
Set goals, key performance indicators and service level objectives to ensure a high bar of observability on distributed software systems, product and business metrics.
